Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
Must possess a valid Bangladesh driving license
Minimum 2 years of practical driving experience is required
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience
Prior work experience in the Packaging Industry will be considered an added advantage
Strong knowledge of local traffic rules and road routes across Bangladesh
Must have a clean criminal record
Should possess basic computer literacy and good communication skills
Must be physically fit and willing to take on flexible working hours and responsibilities
Capable of working under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
Polite, disciplined, and courteous behavior is expected at all times
Perform timely and safe delivery and collection of goods, documents, and parcels as directed by the company
Verify goods and delivery notes before dispatch to ensure accuracy
Cooperate with security personnel during delivery and pickup procedures
Plan and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time service
Assist with loading and unloading of goods at delivery and receiving points
Support warehouse and other departments when needed
Coordinate export shipment arrangements in collaboration with relevant departments
Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
Keep the delivery waiting area clean and organized
Submit all delivery documentation promptly after each job
Ensure proper maintenance of the company vehicle, including routine checkups and repairs
Prepare and submit monthly route and delivery reports to the reporting manager
