Additional Requirements:

Age must be 30 years or below

Job Context:

Dhaka Eye Care Hospital (DECH) is a trusted name in premium eye care services, offering patient-centered care in both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) departments. The selected candidates will assist doctors and provide clinical and non-clinical services throughout the patient care process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and receive patients, register their information in the hospital software, and prepare medical files

Assist doctors during patient examinations and provide necessary support

Escort patients to examination rooms and doctor’s chambers

Input patient data into the system and provide basic counseling regarding treatments

Support patients during medical investigations and procedures

Provide services in the ward and cabin, ensuring a comfortable stay

Assist with pre-operative preparations and intraoperative support in the Operation Theatre (OT)

Offer post-operative care and support as required

Skills & Expertise Required:

Patient counseling

OT (Operation Theatre) assistance

Eye care and eye health procedures

Refraction support

Basic nursing and ward duties

Laboratory and diagnostic support

Strong communication and teamwork skills
