Position: Journalist (Digital & Multimedia)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or any relevant field

Professional training in journalism will be considered an added advantage

Experience Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in digital or print journalism

Freshers and students with strong interest in digital media and storytelling are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

Strong reading habit and a passion for current affairs

Excellent storytelling skills — both written and verbal

Good news sense with an understanding of digital media dynamics

Familiarity with SEO, social media trends, and multimedia content formats

Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Research, verify, and report news stories for digital platforms and social media

Cover live events, conduct interviews, and generate original story ideas

Write well-researched stories focusing on National Current Affairs and infotainment

Collaborate with editors, photographers, and video teams to develop high-quality visual and audio content

Assist in scripting, reporting, shooting, and presenting stories for digital and social media platforms

Support podcast and interview production through creative input and on-ground reporting

Write fluently in Bangla and/or English in a clear, concise, and engaging tone

Follow editorial guidelines and maintain journalistic ethics

Contribute to the full production cycle including editing and content packaging
