Contract Duration: 1 to 5 years
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Must be willing to stay and work in remote project areas)
Master's degree in any discipline
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's in Public Health (MPH)
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates
Minimum 5 years of experience working in health-related projects within the NGO sector
Strong background in:
Project proposal writing
Project supervision and coordination
Staff development and capacity building
Report writing and documentation in English
Maximum Age: 36 years
Must have the mindset to work and reside in remote rural areas anywhere in Bangladesh
Higher age and educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional experience
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of health-related projects supported by foreign donors
Develop project proposals and implementation strategies
Train, manage, and support field staff for effective project delivery
Ensure quality reporting and documentation in English
Maintain communication with stakeholders and donor agencies as needed

Salary: As per the allocated project budget
