Requirements
Education
The candidate should have Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates)
Additional Requirements
Seed cocoon production, microscopic testing for pebrine disease identification and silkworm egg production.
Mulberry cultivation, sericulture farm management, Silkworm rearing, season wise rearing techniques.
Microscopic testing, quality DFL (silkworm egg) production.
Responsibilities & Context
Mulberry garden maintenance & mulberry leaves production.

Disinfection, Testing & silkworm disease control.
Silkworm egg production. 
Labour management and cost control.
Office and farm management.
Monthly Accounts preparation & submission.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
