COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is a value-driven non-governmental organization (NGO) with Special Consultative Status with UN ECOSOC. It is registered under the NGO Affairs Bureau, the Societies Registration Act of 1860 (Joint Stock), and the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) of Bangladesh.

COAST Foundation is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the following position:

Position: Head – Finance Monitoring (01 Position)

Educational Qualifications:
Master’s degree with honors in Accounting or MBA/MBS in Finance from any recognized university. Candidates must also have CA (CC), ACCA, or FCA qualifications from a reputed firm or institution.

Job Location:
Principal Office, Shyamoli, Dhaka — with frequent field visits to coastal districts.

Age Requirement:
Between 30 to 35 years

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the NGO sector,
or

At least 3 years of audit experience as a team leader in a reputed CA firm.

Additional Skills & Requirements:

Practical experience in accounting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring donor compliance

Strong knowledge of NBR rules, especially VAT and Tax regulations

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software (such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)

Strong command of English for audit report writing, presentations, and communication

Hands-on experience with FC1, FD6, FD7, and preparation of FD4 accounts for NGO Affairs Bureau

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly salary: BDT 60,000 – 75,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
