Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or any related discipline.
Candidates must have completed a four-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields from a UGC-approved public/private university or a reputed foreign university.
Applicants must have a minimum of First Class or a CGPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
Candidates with a Third Class or equivalent in any academic stage will not be considered.
Additional Requirements:
Age must be between 21 and 32 years as of June 31, 2025.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Candidates must demonstrate a high level of digital literacy, innovative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Willingness to work in any branch, regional office, or head office across Bangladesh is required. Assignments may also include IT infrastructure centers or digital service points depending on the needs of the Bank.

During the probation period, a consolidated monthly salary of BDT 40,000 will be provided.
Upon successful completion of the one-year probation, the position will be confirmed with a monthly salary of BDT 50,000 as an Officer.
