Position:

Marketing Executive – Motorcycle Segment

Educational Qualifications:

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), preferably with a major in Marketing.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management.

Age Requirements:

Candidates should be between 26 to 35 years of age.

Additional Requirements:

Passionate about motorcycles.

Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong skills in presentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare annual budgets tailored to specific product segments.

Create quarterly strategic plans and monitor monthly Profit & Loss statements.

Monitor and evaluate monthly cash flows and manage institutional sales activities.

Design and execute branding strategies for Yamaha motorcycles.

Propose and implement creative promotional programs to boost product visibility.

Develop product manuals and training materials for team and customer education.

Track sales performance and initiate effective plans to meet or exceed targets.

Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new product development.

Organize field demonstrations and operator training programs to increase awareness and usage.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Required Skills:

Core marketing knowledge.

Expertise in creating reports, analyzing data, and developing marketing strategies.

Strong communication and teamwork ability.

Confidence in delivering effective product presentations.
