Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience:
5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Escalator, Elevator, or Lift industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field surveys for each lift installation project and provide necessary support to the sales team.
Oversee the installation process of each project to ensure it is completed within the defined timeline (Bar Chart) and allocated budget.
Carry out lift installations following the instructions of the installation supervisor and based on client or sales team requirements.
Allocate and manage manpower as per the needs of the project and ensure smooth coordination with subcontractors to complete work on time and within budget.
Prepare and maintain detailed installation budgets, including cost breakdowns per floor, labor team costs, and other related expenses.
Ensure clear and professional communication with clients, providing accurate and timely information.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the installation in-charge or management.
